Our assessments generate a score and action list based entirely on your own answers to a short series of questions. We do not verify your answers, inspect your systems, review your documentation, or independently assess your organisation.
A short questionnaire cannot capture the full complexity of any regulation. A high score does not mean your organisation is compliant, and no result from GuardAI should be treated as evidence of compliance or non-compliance with any law. Regulators, not GuardAI, determine compliance.
EU and Irish regulations change frequently — transposition dates, guidance, thresholds, and enforcement practice can all move. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate and current and to cite official sources, but we do not warrant that any information on this site is accurate, complete, or up to date at the time you read it.
Where we state expected dates (such as the anticipated NIS2 transposition timeline in Ireland), these are estimates based on publicly available statements and may change without notice.
